If you've been practising yoga a while and you want a class that will give you the chance to try some more advanced asana, we've got a few different options. We mark certain classes as experienced to give you an idea of what to expect. Sometimes the more experienced you are, the more you seek out classes that offer other elements of yoga such as mantra, pranayama and meditation, and we aim to offer more classes that incorporate this as we broaden our offering with our new studio, launching in March.
