We offer pregnancy yoga and pregnancy reformer Pilates, plus we will be launching pre-natal barre.
When you've had the baby, we have 8 classes a week where you can bring your baby to the studio to lie beside you as you move.
Choose from parent and baby yoga, barre and refomer Pilates, and make new mum friends while you were at it. Choose a single drop in class, use your all studio credit pack, or our 3 month unlimited post natal membership which gives you access to all post natal classes plus 15% off in our cafe. We also have a Facebook group for our expectant and new parents with video content and updates on classes and socials. Join here.
Please do ensure you have the signoff from your doctor before starting post natal classes: usually 12 weeks for a c-section and 6 weeks for a vaginal birth. If you have any questions about whether these classes will be suitable for you, please do get in touch at email@example.com.
We also have termtime kids yoga weds after school and toddler yoga 9.15am Friday morning, both with Emily McGregor, then for older children, teen barre Mondays at 5pm and teen reformer pilates Saturdays 2.30pm
