If you are recovering from injury or have a health condition that your doctor has advised you to try yoga or Pilates for, we have a number of classes that will work for you.
Pilates is an excellent option for rehabilitation, and we offer both machine based reformer Pilates, or mat Pilates. If your preference is for rehabilitation through yoga then yin is a very gentle way to get deep into the muscle fascia, by gently strengthening and stretching.
We have dedicated gentle yoga and gentle Pilates classes, plus iyengar and gentle mat Pilates on a Sunday at 11.45am.
Please ask one of our lovely and super helpful team for more information on which classes are most suitable for you. Always make sure you've had the sign-off from your doctor before starting an exercise regime.
