We run a number of mum and baby 4 week courses: as well as mum and baby yoga, we offer reformer Pilates with your baby, to gentle rebuild your pelvic floor and core, and mum and baby barre fit for a safe yet high energy workout for the whole body.
Our in person new mum and baby classes are structured as 4 week courses, so that you get to bond with your group plus you don't have to worry about booking a spot week after week. We limit numbers and space mats to observe social distancing. We reopen the cafe on May 17 so can reserve you a table after class for coffee and cake and lunch, to feed your baby and discuss the challenges of being a new mum with your peers. These classes are gentle and nourishing for you and your baby. We also occasionally run these classes outside in the park, with the option to move indoors if the weather is bad. We let you know pre 9am, and crawlers are welcome for these classes.
