“I am so incredibly thankful that I decided to join Tanja's 200 hour training. Tanja's experience, wisdom, integrity and nurturing presence are so unique; the course was everything I hoped for and so, so much more. It was such a full, comprehensive training, where Tanja skilfully interweaved asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, mantra, mudra, anatomy, in a holistic and transformative way. This enabled me to really deepen my personal practice and also helped me to feel ready and inspired to begin teaching straight away. I especially loved that Tanja encouraged and empowered us throughout to really teach in a way that feels authentic to ourselves. The course manual is also very thorough and an invaluable resource to continue to go back to. Finally, the experience of training in a group was really supportive. From early on in the course, we began to have small practices of teaching each other, and this was a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop and build confidence to teach, within an encouraging community.” - Sophie M, Rasa Yoga 200hr Teacher Training Graduate 2019

“I started my first yoga teacher training in 2003 and since then I’ve done a fair number of further trainings, intensives, workshops....they’ve all been wonderful and enriching, and without doubt have helped me to grow as a teacher BUT none of them took me so deeply into the magic of the practices in the way that Rasa 200 did. The Rasa training, dreamed then realised and grown by Sianna Sherman, is in itself so full and thorough, it gives everything you need - whether it’s to start teaching, or take your teaching to another level. Add to this the inspiring and soulful leadership of Tanja Mickwitz, who beautifully weaves all the sacred threads of these practices, and you have a training that not only gives you skilful methodology but encourages you, through Sadhana, to reach deep.....to teach from your heart with your own true, authentic voice. And as if all that wasn’t enough, I found my tribe! My fellow Rasika trainee teachers, so important and truly special to make this journey with likeminded souls, open & true, caring & supportive, nurturing & loving..”. - Kirsty G, Rasa Yoga 200hr Teacher Training Graduate 2019

“At the heart of the Rasa yoga teacher training is the invitation to discover and fully embrace who you are and what you have to offer. It’s such a rich and empowering offering, that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to go deeper with their yoga practice.

From day 1, Tanja encourages you to uncover your authentic self and your intention and everything else grows from that seed. It doesn’t feel like a training, it feels like a journey - and along the way you will find lifelong friends, learn to embrace your wholeness and find the courage to shine.

Tanja holds a nurturing space for all this magic to unfold. Her own authenticity and heart shine through as an example of good teaching. She’s a truly inspiring, yet grounded teacher to learn from.

Rasa yoga and the philosophy behind it is all about embracing the rich tapestry of live - and I certainly feel that my life is richer in many ways for taking this training. " - Holly V, Rasa Yoga 200hr Teacher Training Graduate 2019
