Pre-Natal Reformer Pilates

Our pre-natal reformer Pilates classes are slow in pace and geared to strengthening the muscles required for a fit pregnancy but also softening where needed. There will be time in this class to look into how to modify reformer Pilates exercises in an open level class for pregnancy.

We offer a special pre-natal 3 months unlimited classes for £199 that you can use on all pre-natal classes: yoga, barre and reformer Pilates.
