This is the 4th long haul retreat we've run with Eryck Brahmania, and the first ever in Costa Rica. We've chosen to come to Montezuma, on the pacific coast, for it's beautiful beaches, waterfalls and amazing activities and biodiversity. We would love you to join us in for 7 days of yoga, surfing, horse riding, nature watching, amazing food and guaranteed good times in the sunshine. As well as a daily dynamic practice focused around a theme, there will be workshops going deeper on specific poses, meditation and mantra, kundalini kriyas, yin yoga, optional surfing, massage or other activities, delicious Costa Rican food, connection and of course, some very deep relaxation. We have a dorm option, 6 twin beds and luxurious doubles, a family apartment, and a number of doubles that a spare child mattress can be added to, if you wanted to come with your parter and child. We are using the week before Easter, so that if you wanted to add on some more travel in Costa Rica, you've got plenty of time to explore this incredible country.

TO BOOK, please email info@edeneast.co.uk

The retreat will be led by Eryck Brahmania who will guide you through a series of thoughtfully designed yoga classes, workshops and meditation. The morning will include a dynamic class for all levels with the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the yoga practice. In the evening, rejoin to workshop specific poses, or for a restorative practice and meditation and a chance to wind down and reset our neural pathways to leave you feeling calm and clear. The open air Shala lifts you into the treetops of the surrounding jungle and accommodates twenty students so everyone will have ample guidance.

Eryck trained with the amazing Claire Missingham during his career as a professional dancer and still continues to assist her at her classes and workshops. Students can expect deep yoga assists, well thought out sequencing and traditional roots of yoga using Sanskrit, krama vinyasa, use of precise and detailed anatomical alignment and uplifting music.

Accommodation

The retreat venue features a range of accommodation, ranging from a dorm option (twin singles and bunk beds) to twins and doubles with a terrace. kingsize room, all of which keep you in touch with nature. All rooms have AC, with tea and proper coffee with cafetières in the room.

The hotel has been designed as a quiet and fresh space surrounded by chic tropical gardens with exuberant vegetation. A variety of native and introduced trees and plants do an excellent job attracting abundant wildlife such as agutis, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, iguanas and beautiful birds.

With quirky and calming designs by young Central American architects, it complements, rather than competes with the exuberant beauty of Costa Rica's nature, hoping you can fully enjoy what it has to offer in this unique setting.
