Ashtanga Yoga is a set sequence of postures synchronised with the breath, so you can expect to practise roughly the same sequence each time you come to class. The pace is fairly quick, so some experience of yoga will be helpful, but not necessary. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, this class is a great place for all levels to learn the Half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. With your permission, gentle physical adjustments are offered to help you move deeper and more intelligently into the postures
