Yoga and meditation is for everyone, and we aim to provide a supportive, encouraging environment to learn the foundations. If you are a complete beginner, we offer weekly yoga basics classes which are taught with people who have never done yoga before in mind. We also run regular 4 weekly beginners yoga courses if you prefer to learn in a linear structured way. We also have a free weekly Sunday meditation class.
You can either pay for a single class (£10 off peak or £14 peak), or as a new customer you can take advantage of our 20 day for £35 welcome offer for Studio 2? This gives you 20 consecutive days of unlimited classes in our yoga and mat Pilates studio so is a great chance to try everything and see what teachers and classes you like best. We accept cash and cards at the studio and can take payments over the phone. We have a weekly donation yoga class on a Weds at 1.30pm and a weekly free meditation class every Sunday at 2pm.
We advise booking online as online bookings take priority over walk-ins, however if there is space in the class we will accommodate you (and there usually is for basics classes).
Classes start promptly at the advertised time so please arrive in good time for your class. If you are not there at the start of class, your spot may be given away to people on the waitlist.
We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you have pre-booked but your plans have changed, if you cancel your class outside of the 3 hour window, you will be refunded your credit.
Please just wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
We provide mats, bricks, bolsters, belts, blocks, blankets and eye bags, however you are welcome to bring your own.
We have 7 toilets, 4 showers and 6 individual changing cubicles between the 2 studios. Shoes and socks are not worn in the studio and we provide shoe cubicles.
Please leave bags and outerwear on the hooks provided or in the storage boxes in the seating in the Studio 2 changing area
