During this class, you will be guided through a number of breathing exercises including a connected breath practice to open up the respiratory system, release tension & stress, support mental health, feel relaxed, improve sleep patterns and also learn how to incorporate breathwork into your daily practice. This class can give you an energy boost as well as some clarity & focus and allow healing whilst bringing you general breath awareness. Jessie is trained in Transformational Breath®, a self healing conscious connected breathwork. Having trained in Brazil, Mexico, US & UK, Jessie has worked with the most incredible teachers, has travelled the world sharing the breath and is now based in London continuing the work.
