Gentle Yoga

A hatha yoga inspired movement practice. Each Wednesday unwind the week so far, steady yourself with gentle movement to prepare your body and mind to be at ease. Using traditional and adapted poses that are designed to gently aid your body and mind to unwind, strengthen, challenge (a little) and relax. Join me to find a Yoga practice that supports your health and well-being regardless of body, age, ability or mobility.
