We run a number of parent and baby classes: as well as yoga, we offer reformer Pilates with your baby, to gentle rebuild your pelvic floor and core, and mum and baby barre fit for a safe yet high energy workout for the whole body.
Our in person parent and baby classes are now drop in, so that you can have the flexibility to come when works for you. We limit numbers and space mats to observe social distancing measures. We also have a spacious, airy cafe so can reserve you a table after class for coffee and cake and lunch, to feed your baby and discuss the challenges of being a new mum with your peers. These classes are gentle and nourishing for you and your baby. We also occasionally run these classes outside in the park, with the option to move indoors if the weather is bad. We let you know pre 9am, and crawlers are welcome for these classes. The cost is £12 for a single dropin, or you can buy 4 for £40 (to be used within 3 months, and can be used across all mum and baby classes), or you can use your 10 for £100 standard class pack if you also want to come to non baby classes.
As soon as you have had the sign off from the doctor - usually 6 weeks for a vaginal birth and 12 weeks for a c-section
