What should people expect from your class?
My hope is that my classes are soulful and inspiring. I work in relation to the energetic body, elemental psychology, seasonal changes, and Tantric philosophy - connecting you to your own body's natural state as well as harmonizing it with greater rhythms and cycles we are part of. A flowing vinyasa class, creative explorations of movement, and honest self enquiry - all within held sacred space
If you weren’t a pilates teacher, what would you be?
I used to work as an art educator in museums so I might still be doing that. Otherwise a cowgirl, or a kids TV presenter, or a mermaid
What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?
You are enough
What’s your favourite asana/pilates exercise and why?
Breathing! But I always love a Vira II without fail - to channel my inner Goddess Warrior
What do you do in your spare time?
Adventures in the woods with our 3yr old, trying to turn a balcony into the hanging gardens of Babylon, lying on a bolster or ball, and reading sci-fi, fantasy and yoga books (do I need to mention Netflix...?)
