Yoga is an ancient practice encompassing movement, breath and meditation. Some yoga will get you fit and strong, some classes will be deeply relaxing, but you can expect a more positive outlook and a sense of peace, even if you are never able to touch your toes.
We offer 50+ yoga classes a week in studio and livestreamed. We also make the recording available after the class for a 48 hour period in case the original time doesn't work. Please see below for more info and booking.
