Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength, muscle balance and spinal strength and flexibility, and is great for recovery from injury. We offer mat based Pilates and, when we are open, reformer Pilates using machines. For the duration of the COVID closure, our reformer Pilates teachers will be offering power Pilates classes.
