This gentle therapeutic reformer class is specifically designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility while recovering from injury or surgery.

Strong Reformer Pilates
An open level class at a slower controlled pace. Utilising heavier or lighter springs to build strength, lean muscle and add additional challenge to the exercise.

CLASSICAL REFORMER PILATES
The original Classical Pilates method on the reformer. There is a sequence to the work, which was designed to move the body through a full range of movement. The sequence builds intelligently with foundational exercises at the beginning and more complex exercises as you gain strength and control. Suitable for all levels.

Suitable for tweens and teen from age 11 upwards, this is a class to gently built strength in the joints while being mindful about growing and changing bodies.
