Music: Music is a big part of the class experience for me. Expect a mix of disco, lots of 80s, 90s and 00s, house classics, and definitely some Prince and Kate Bush. I always theme my rides, so check out the timetable to see what the theme is for that week. Coming up 27 Sept is Indie Sleaze.

FAQ’s
What should people expect from your class?
For both Pilates and RIDE, I teach the class I'd love to do as a punter - so in reformer, Pilates principles as the basis for every exercise, but lots of variation and creative sequencing to really work the whole body. In RIDE, we do lots of choreo, sprints, but all timed with the music so that really it’s just a party on the bike. Everyone is welcome, and if you just want to sit on the bike and pedal on a low resistance, that’s totally fine.
If you weren’t a movement teacher, what would you be?
Well, I also own East of Eden and that takes up all my time, but I studied law at university, and always wanted to be a criminal barrister. I'd give that a go in my parallel life.
What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?
To spend a bit more time working in the library at Oxford, and less time in the bar/rave, and to believe in yourself more.
What’s your favourite asana/pilates exercise and why?
Mermaid - got to get into that lateral flexion
What do you do in your spare time?
Work!
Also hang out with my 11 year old, Raffy, and our dog Gizmo.
