Strength Circuits
Experience a high-intensity workout that compliments short bursts of cardio with strength-building weight exercises for 360-degree fitness. This clever format pairs contrasting exercises and muscle groups to optimise your workout; challenging one energy system as you work another, working smart so you get the most for your effort. Participants will work in pairs, adding a social and supportive element to the session, while your instructor provides group motivation and personalized coaching throughout the class.

Strength and Conditioning
Working with a mixture of heavy weights, kettlebells and resistance bands, you'll work through an all body sequence to focus on building your strength and endurance. Lifting weights and building muscle is crucial for building better bone density, and this class will focus on a mix of strength and conditioning exercises designed to seriously challenge you - expect weights, high intensity intervals and body weight exercises

Calisthenics
We have a few Calisthenics class options:
1. Strength - Strengthening your scapular and back with bars and ring variations, chest and shoulders through a mixture of floor based training methods, alongside key gymnastics holds;
2. Reps and Conditioning - Calisthenics reps & conditioning, focusing on push and pull through bars and rings, alongside floor based work. Whilst this class will build strength, here we have more of a focus on higher reps and lower intensity alongside gymnastics holds and full body engagement. An excellent workout in its own right and also a perfect companion class to strength.
3. Beginners - while beginners are welcome in all Calisthenics class, we have a specific class for people who are completely new to bodyweight exercise.

Floor Calisthenics - Handstands and gymnastic conditioning
This conditioning class is a perfect partner to the Calisthenics programme, a wide variety of sports and practices, or as stand-alone training if you want to improve strength, posture and overall body condition. There is a focus on Core Strength (without pull-up bars of rings) and its relationship to how you move, bear weight and build strength. Expect to work your lower core & hip flexors alongside your arms, shoulders and chest all the while challenging your balance, hip mobility and movement. Calisthenics can feel out of reach when you think about Pulls ups, muscle ups and more advanced skills but the fundamentals in this style of training can make anyone stronger and in a position to progress when you’re ready
