What should people expect from your class?
I teach Flow and Restore at East of Eden- so a bit of Go and a bit of Slow.My classes are intelligently sequenced and always have a thread of an idea we are working on throughout. Sometimes Anatomy focussed, sometimes Philosophy, sometimes a mix!
If you weren’t a pilates teacher, what would you be?
I've always been fascinated by the human body and how it works, so maybe a physiotherapist.
What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?
Do something that makes you happy every day.
What’s your favourite asana/pilates exercise and why?
Anything with a twist feels so nice on my spine.
What do you do in your spare time?
Mainly reading fiction and chatting. Love a chat.
