What should people expect from your class?: 

My classes are an invitation to come home to your body—accessible and focused on what feels good, not just what looks good. Expect joyful, sustainable movement that nurtures self-kindness, emotional resilience, presence, and ease.

If you weren't a Pilates/Yoga/Ride etc teacher, what would you be?: 

When I'm not teaching yoga, I'm working as a remedial massage therapist. But if I had to choose a completely different path, I'd love to be a zookeeper!

What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?: 

Don't overpluck your eyebrows—making them as thin as spaghetti will seem like a good idea at the time, but trust me, they'll take forever to grow back!

What's your favourite asana/exercise and why?: 

Savasana, the corpse pose in Yoga  because in a world that prioritises constant productivity, rest is a rebellious act of self care.
