Natural History Museum Yoga: Kundalini and yoga with live harp

TWO unique evening yoga classES hosted in collaboration with NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM

Join East of Eden and NHM for 2 one off special evening yoga sessions and forget the stresses of the day. Tune into your breath, release all that tension and move through a series of poses beneath Hope our blue whale.

The classes are suitable for all experience levels. Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat with you.

18.30-19.30 session - Kundalini Yoga with Sivaroshan

Through Kundalini Yoga you practise to become more aware of the geometry of your body and how this practice affects your energy and emotion. Honour the Earth's seasonal stirring, harmonising both Earth and body to begin the process of igniting our energy for the seasons ahead.

20.00-21.00 session - Vinyasa Yoga with a Live Harpist

An accessible flow yoga class, for all levels. You'll move steadily through a sequence of postures to create warmth and heat, before settling into stillness for meditation, all accompanied by the beautiful sounds of a live harp

Please remember to bring your own yoga mat for these events. Booking via NHM, link here.
