Performance Cycling is a musically driven, cycling focused session, that encourages you to ride with specific fitness goals; whether that be to increase cardio vascular endurance, improve high intensity aerobic capacity, or simply experience a cycling focussed class that is all about the ride. During the session, Janine will help you to find your own ‘hard’, using both cadence and resistance to perform a range of goal driven exercise phases using RPE (rate of perceived exertion) to manage your effort. The class contains a combination of longer, endurance phases, timed high intensity intervals and resistance driven progressions. Janine is an instructor with more than 20 years’ experience teaching Indoor Cycling, training instructors and riding her bike everywhere! Driven by a lifetime’s passion for music, her sessions are structured, focussed and goal driven.
