Expect to be lovingly challenged as you stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body and you move towards a blissful deep relaxation with essential oils and poetry along the way
If you weren’t a pilates teacher, what would you be?
The thought is too horrific to contemplate as I love what I do SO much. In my previous life I’ve been a CEO of a charity and a sociology lecturer
What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?
Hey my love I promise that everything will be okay and you have all the resources within you to deal with whatever life sends your way. There are no failures only opportunities to learn and grow. Trust the process - it’s not going to turn out as you plan it will but it’s going to be way more AWESOME than you can possibly imagine
What’s your favourite asana/pilates exercise and why?
I love the repetition of sun salutations at the start of practice as these help me drop into a quieter more meditative space as well as reminding me how strong I am
What do you do in your spare time?
These days I prioritise spending any spare time I have with those I love - my son, partner and friends - chasing joy and everything that energises me
