What should people expect from your class?: 

A welcoming environment for everyone, layers of exercises for all abilities and I always try to end my classes with a chilled song and our legs in loops !

If you weren't a Pilates/Yoga/Ride etc teacher, what would you be?: 

I have done many other jobs and nothing makes me as happy as teaching pilates and the fitness/wellness industry, so if i couldn't teach anymore I would try and work for a studio behind the scenes or work for a fitness app again!

What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?: 

It is possible to work hard and play hard and do the things you love - don't quit the cross country team !

What's your favourite asana/exercise and why?: 

I love the layers that come with it and the shaky feeling on the roll back.
